BOOKINGS
How do I book a hunt?
We require a 30% deposit of the base hunt cost to confirm your dates. Another 30% is due 90 days before the trip, and the remaining balance (plus any extras) is paid at the lodge at the end of your stay. All details are clearly stated on your hunting invoice.
How far in advance should I book?
Hunts during March and April (red stag rut) are in very high demand and often book a year in advance. You may reserve up to two years ahead.
What if I need to cancel my trip?
Deposits are non-refundable, but you may reschedule your hunt for the following season at no additional cost, keeping 100% of your paid amount.
THE LODGE
Is there Wi-Fi at the lodge?
Yes, we provide Wi-Fi and cell service.
Can I travel with non-hunters or children?
Absolutely. We welcome non-hunting companions, and children are invited, especially from May to July, when we host special family weeks.
Is there a dress code?
No. The atmosphere is informal and relaxed.
What kind of electricity is used?
Argentina uses 220V (European standard). Most modern chargers are compatible with 110–250V, but we recommend bringing a universal adapter.
Is laundry service available?
Yes, with next-day delivery.
THE HUNT
Can I bring my own rifle?
Yes. You’ll need to complete a customs form and pay a small fee at the airport. Keep in mind that extra time is required for domestic flights and security checks. Semi-automatic, silenced, or muzzleloader rifles are not allowed.
Do I need a hunting license?
Yes, and we handle all the paperwork for you so it’s ready when your hunt begins.
When is the best time to hunt red stag?
The most popular months are March and April, during the rut. However, rifle hunts remain highly successful from May to July.
What is the hunting success rate?
With rifle, success exceeds 90%. With bow, it’s around 85%.
Can I hunt additional species?
Yes. Besides red stag, we offer blackbuck antelope, water buffalo, wild boar, fallow deer, axis deer, and more.
AFTER HUNT
How are trophies shipped? Can taxidermy be done in Argentina?
Trophies can be shipped cleaned and salted (skulls and capes ready for taxidermy in your country), or you can choose to have taxidermy done in Argentina and receive your mounts fully finished. The choice is made at the end of your hunt.
Do you assist with trophy export and shipping?
Yes. We work with Argentina’s leading trophy exporter, which ships over 2,000 pieces per year to the U.S. and Europe. Your trophies are transported to Buenos Aires within 30–45 days, then your exporter coordinates with your customs broker.
Final delivery usually takes 4–5 months after the end of the hunt.
